Sheryl plays an essential role in keeping the business organised, focused and moving forward. As General Manager, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, supports the team and helps ensure clients receive a consistently positive experience from their first conversation through to ongoing support.

With a strong focus on people, communication and continuous improvement, Sheryl is always looking for ways to strengthen internal processes and improve the service provided to clients. Her practical leadership style and ability to bring people together help create a supportive environment for both the team and the businesses they work with.

Away from the office, Sheryl is equally committed to supporting her local community. She swaps her office chair for her CFA captain’s helmet, volunteering her time and leadership skills with the brigade. When she gets the chance to relax, she can often be found cheering on the St Kilda Saints.
