Michael has worked in the IT industry since 1995, bringing more than 30 years of technical knowledge, leadership and customer service experience to the business.

Throughout his career, he has seen technology change dramatically, but one thing has always remained the same: his belief that genuine customer service is more important than using complicated technical language or pushing the latest products.

As Managing Director, Michael focuses on building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring the team delivers practical, reliable technology solutions. He is passionate about understanding how each client operates and making sure their IT supports the needs of their business rather than getting in the way.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and following the Carlton Football Club. No matter what the scoreboard says, he remains committed to passionately defending Carlton’s latest “rebuilding phase.”
